I was disappointed that I got a call at 3PM on Friday that my car was ready to go. In the process of giving information for the service, I specifically told the gentleman handling my case that I work 3-11pm. Since I was already at work, I couldn't come and get it. I had to cancel weekend plans because I still had the loaner that would not get up my hill in the snow. I was disappointed but I still would choose Bob's again. The repairs appear to be perfect.
