Communication in the beginning would have been helpful. Nobody called to schedule an appointment after the estimate. I had no idea what we were waiting for but State Farm assured me I would get a phone call from you when you had the parts identified from the estimate. Over one month later I learned that the estimate had not followed whatever path it normally does and I would never have gotten a phone call from you. So I called and scheduled my appointment. I was told I would get a phone call the day before to discuss timing- drop off, projected time I would be without a vehicle, etc. I didn’t. Things improved after that but was a frustrating experience overall.

If I had a complaint and I don't, the completion date was changed and I had to check to get an estimate of completion. My problem was making sure I had the means to pick up my vehicle.
