Had a definite appointment on Tuesday March17 at 11AM to have the bumper on our 2006 Highlander replaced.Drove 10 miles to the office only to learn NT did not have the bumper and was told to wait for a call when the bumper arrived.This took 2 hours out of my busy day. Annoyed.

The experience was pleasant with no effort required on my part. I showed up at my convenience to be greeted with a smile and someone who was expecting me. I was picked up by an Enterprise Rep who was very professional, friendly, and engaging. My rental process was quick and informative. As promised, I received an initial cost/time required call from NT Auto Body followed by a status update call and a final call when my car was ready for pick up. I showed up at Enterprise to return my car. This was again fast, efficient, and done by a very professional Rep. Everybody's parting words asked about the service I received and if anything could be done to improved experience. Thanks to everybody for making an unpleasant situation a tolerable experience!
