I recently had an accident back in NOV17, my car went to a shop USAA endorsed, AB Carstar. I realize that a thing or two may get through the net causing a customer to have ill thoughts and feelings about a service done...or service not completed. Such was the case with myself. David, the office manager and sales representative for Dale's Collision Repair was and di the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of AB Carstar on Broadway in KCMO. In fact this shop did EXACTLY as they proposed to do in fixing and repairing my car. I will suggest to everybody I know that Dale's Collision Repair Shop is THEE PLACE TO GO!
