It was my first time dealing with an accident and insurance and repairs. I was a bit nervous starting the process because of my inexperience with it. Everybody from AutoNation Collision made me feel at ease, and the process was smooth and I had no worries. They updated me regularly, and whenever I had a question and called, they returned my call immediately with answers to any questions I had. I've heard of nightmares dealing with insurances, but with AutoNation Collision, I had no problems, and rarely had to speak with the insurance because they did it for me. I was also very pleased with the job that was done. The repairs looks great, and through every step, they updated me on exactly what was being done to my car.
