I made all the calls to the insurance company and AutoNation. I chose AutoNation. My name is one the insurance. I don't know how backwards your company can be that you still think that using my husband's name for communications in this situation is good. Its not even OK. Other than that the service was great and the car looks good

The "intake" and inspection of the damaged auto was very quick and efficient. The loaner was available at the appointed time; and my car was repaired - ahead of schedule. Very pleasant experience, all around!

My repairs look great but took a week instead of the 2-3 days I was quoted. Also my car is going back due to my high beams and low beams on the side that they fixed. And in the inside of the door they fixed has black marks that will not come out and it looks like boot marks from someone kicking it. Those marks were not there when I dropped it off.
