Initially, the eta was in a few hours at the 9 am appointment. Then, because brackets were required, they had to be ordered. We had to call at 2pm that day to discover the truck would not be ready. There was no eta available at that time.
I got 3 emails and none contained status, just a promise of status.

The paint job on the hood looks awful, there are spots that go straight down to the metal which is fully exposed to the elements. Also the passenger seat was ripped by your employees while being repaired in your shop and it appears there is red markings on the dash from something being stored in the vehicle that is related to the seat damage. I have attempted to have the repairs scheduled for several weeks with Beth, I have left my contact information in the office for her and stopped by a couple of times but still have not been contacted by her.

Love my car and the repairs. It was done perfectly. Looks like my new car again. The only thing that needs improvement is when you walk in the front doors that staff is not very polite. Little better recognition when you walk in the door and more personalized attention would be nice. Overall very happy with my car.
