The quality of the work was good as usual. However the scheduling was very confusing. I was told my truck was coming out of paint on Friday and just needed some minor work to get the sidestep on. Turns out there was much more work and paint to do so truck wasn't ready until Wednesday. John seemed unwilling to provide a realistic timeline!

My car was finished 8 days earlier than I anticipated. The text messages were confusing. I was warned about them but I thought they would come from different numbers. I haven't seen my car yet in the daytime, but I really appreciate them cleaning the inside and outside!

Im without a radio for 3 weeks. My windshield is cracked twice as far as when I took it in. My windshield wasn't cracked before I got hit. The area between the passenger side front wheel and the door is still buckled and the rubber wheel well is missing the grommet.

My car was in your shop 12 weeks! I understand things happen that are out of your control, but I'm positive the **** was dropped several times on your end. Example.... Not ordering needed parts! I was told again and again that other parts had to be ordered "once they got into my car more". I told them in person that the a/c vents in my back seat we broken because of my son's scooter, it was in my back seat and slammed forward during the wreck. My a/c vents are still broken. The VERY worse part of my experience was the total lack of communication on your part. It started when we were asked to come by and sign a release for you to enter our car (which we did the very next day). We were told someone would call us in the next day or two. Three days went by and we called back and we were told they were still waiting on us to come by and sign the release. After explaining that we had signed it THREE DAYS AGO, we were told that someone would call us in the next couple days. Again NO ONE called! When my husband called and was a little irritated because we hadn't again received a phone call we were told "I did call, I spoke with your daughter". My daughter is 19 and goes to college in Texas, I promise you you didn't have her cell phone number nor did you speak to her. There were times that I would call and talk to John and he would say he'd call me back and never would. I expressed to John that I was very frustrated with his lack of communication, but it didn't seem to help. In 12 weeks he called me two times and one of them was to tell me my car was finally ready. I feel our stress of being in an accident was multiplied by picking your company to do our repairs.
