you keep the customer informed of what is going on, you finished the job when you said you would, you went out of your way to make this job as pleasant as possible, everyone I dealt with was nice, the truck looked great, I would highly recommend your shop to anyone who may need body repair, thank the people who did the actual work for a job well done.
