1st Class Auto Body is an excellent shop, service from front of the house to the amazing work done by the crew at the back. Angelica is wonderful and patient with customers. She explained things clearly and treated me with respect. Bob Jr. is great sharing information and advice about my car. He cares about the work provided and it shows he cares about customers. The repair work done to my car is superb. The crew went above and beyond to clean my car inside and out. It looks new and shinny. It is not a good feeling to be involved in an auto accident. I can say there is happiness seeing my car in such an excellent condition. Thank you Bob Jr., Angelica, all the staff who worked on my car.

Unfortunately,I have needed to use an auto body shop twice for myself and once for an elderly neighbor in the past two years.Fortually I used First Class Auto Body in Wakefield all 3 times and would give them 10 out of 10 rating.The work was excellent.Bob and his staff were excellent.Hopefully I won't need any more body work for many years -but-if I do,I will be going back to First Class.
