My original quote for repairs was $2000. I agree that sometimes other things surface, but I should have been advised that the quote was increasing. When I picked up my car today, that $2000. had become $3800. yet I was never advised. I am not happy about this. I paid my $1000. deductible, but I should have been kept advised all along.
