Next time, let people know to wash their car first before auto repair, paint job, and buffing or polishing the whole car. I didn't know that the repair people will polish the whole car, so I didn't wash the car before sending in for repair. After the polishing in other areas of my car besides the one that I requested to repair and polish, I noticed small areas of paint got chipped off. Automation personnel gave me a little paint to fix the chipped paint( which is nice of them) but the area that i painted is not shiny like the rest of the car. Thus, I am not completely happy about it. Also, the polishing left additional streaks on the car in other areas that were not being repaired or asked to polish. Thank for fixing my car, but it could be a better experience if I knew to clean my car before sending in for repair. I think small dust particles from the dirty car created the excessive streaks and the chipping off of the paint when they polished my car. Thanks.

Car wasn't fixed properly at all. Took it home and had to bring it back the following day for the same reasons we took it there to begin with. We paid 1000 deductible to not have our car fixed at all.

When I took my car in they said it would be 5 days....14 days later my car was done. Never once did they contact me. I had to call them to get any information. Finally on day 11 after speaking to a manager I started getting text messages about the progress. Duke Scott was very unfriendly, very unhelpful. This was our first time ever making a claim so we needed guidance. That is the last thing we received. Because of him I will never use Auto Nation again. I have also contacted my Farmers agent and informed her of the treatment I recieved. When all is said and done I am very satisfied with the job they did on my car. It's just to bad the customer service was horrible.
