It appears that a sound dampening panel was not in the used door that was purchased and installed on my car. I noticed the issue the first time I closed the door. You would think that a company that deals with things like this everyday would have picked up on this way before I did.

I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by all of your staff. When the right clips for my car did not come in, they made sure they got the right ones and installed them correctly. Then they washed and detailed the inside and outside of our car which was unexpected. That showed us that they not only cared about making sure the vehicle was repaired right, but that it was given back to us in a better state than what it was given to them. As much as I appreciate getting my truck back a week early I wasn't planning on it because just the day before I was told it would be ready in a week. Work was done in a very shoddy manner the first time it was done.
Bumper did not match up. (Wrong bumper was ordered and put on anyway in an attempt to make it work. It did not match up to vehicle. ) Paint job was chipped and bubbled.
It took a long time to get the work done and then re-done. Definitely not up
