Even though both times I have went to Addison Auoto, I had to have work done after the vehicle was returned to me, I would still come back again. The work that I needed done always gets fixed and looks great. And if they make a mistake they are very friendly in fixing it. They show a lot of empathy which is nice. Jim is also a great guy. He is always friendly and naturally kind. I will continue to use addison auto and reccomend their work to a friend. Also I love the goodies they put in my car after it gets fixed! I have been able to use everything and the quality is surprisingly nice!
