After parking lot damage Wednesday (afternoon Oct. 17th) we went to Probst Auto Body for a quick buffout as we had to return to MI Sat. the 20th. Unfortunatley, with only two days for repair and serious body work required inluding ordering new parts, the Probst team stepped up. They gave us a loaner and went to work. We picked our car up two days later Friday at 3:30pm.
The repair was perfect, including paint. Our car was detailed clean inside and out. There was no charge for the loaner. The front end team of Karla Slifer and Toby McMahon were precise, very friendly and accomadating. The body tech and **** were spot on.
In summary, I do not belive any body shop in MI or IL can come even close to your team's performance. You are on a class of your own. Thank you again.
