I was very satisfied with the repair, when I got to the shop I was in a hurry because I needed to be at work in 30 mins but Jorge instantly took care of all the paperwork and I was out of there in no time. I appreciate how he took the time to explain how the insurance process works, being that this was the first time I was billing someone else's insurance.
