My husband just picked my car up at 4 today and brought it home. When I got home from work I looked the car over and saw that there was a gash/scratch on the passenger back door that was not there before. You could tell whoever did it tried to cover it up w white paint. Our paint is a 3 paint w the pearl finish and it's just a coat of white paint that was slapped on w no pearl finish. Needless to say, I'm not happy w that. I expect this to be fixed. I would appreciate a call Monday to get this done promptly. Thank you

Overall, I think y’all did a good job. It was the finishing details. I found several bolts not tightened. My hood latch was not even attached, it was just free hanging. My front grille looked like it was painted, but upon closer inspection, it looked very rushed. Several areas where missed. It looks like care was not taken in the final steps to ensure a complete repair.
