The Carstar staff that we dealt with in Lexington were extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. My husband is extremely particular about how our car looks and he was a 100% satisfed with the body work performed at Carstar. We would highly recommend them for body work and we were extremely happy with everything including the time it took to repair our car, the great staff, the professionalism, the cleanliness of the office/building, and handling our insurance claim. Great experiance.

After further inspection. I noticed much overspray on the top cover. There is a tear in the front bumper that was not repaired just painted over. The headlight is from the wrong model year and does not match the existing one. The front bumper was not installed/ adjusted correctly leaving a large gap at the good. Also somehow water LOTS of water was in the interior of the car. I have removed the seats and have been trying to dry it out for 3 days now to no avail. The padding built into the underside of the carpet is completely waterlogged and I fear it has ruined the carpet

I had gotten in a horrible accident that almost totaled my truck. Ryan and his crew took their time getting everything fixed the RIGHT way. They did an amazing job piecing the truck back together, and the paint was phenomenal, I'm so glad I spent the extra money to paint the entire truck!! The staff is amazing and the customer service is outstanding! I hit a deer a few weeks after getting the truck back and took it there and they had no hesitations when it come to helping fix it! I couldn't have been more happy with the work they do! They definitely will always do the work on my vehicles!
