After being out of the direct sunlight there is at least one area that the paint finish is bad. It's flat and doesn't look like it has the clear pearl coat on it. We will have to bring it back. Everyone was extremely nice we just need to correct the issues with the paint.

I am completely amazed at the level of customer service and helpfulness I recieved. Gayle was awesome and kept in contact the whole time with me. The last time my car was in an accident I never once recieved a call from them. I had to call multiple times to get any answers as to when I would have it back. I was very very satisfied w the caring staff-- especially Olivia. I appreciated lots the regular feedback re progress. I was disappointed to discover that I couldn't open my trunk, either by driver side lever or key. It seems to me that part of the routine for repairing rear damage would be to check trunk open ability. Otherwise I really like DanLar!
