All the repairs and updates were great. My only critique and frustration was my car was returned dirtier than given to them. The accident caused liquid to spill all over the driver seat and dash and passenger seat. With that, I mentioned multiple times that it would need cleaned. Upon receiving word that it was ready, I arrived to take the car to find out it wasn’t cleaned and actually dirty from service workers tracking dirt and dust inside. I was told it would be cleaned before I picked it up (on 2 conversations). This wasn’t the case. Tristan was apologetic. I had to arrange for the car to go to a different retailer. I was told Ford would clean it but I didn’t trust it would get done well. All that to say, Tristan was great, the body work was great, the communication as the work being done was great, the finishing touch of cleaning up someone’s investment was poor.

I have been awaiting a reimbursement and was told it would be sent after final payment from the insurer was received. I have not received the reimbursement and called today to inquire as to the status. My call was not returned and I still have no answers. I waited to provide this review in the hopes that everything would be settled. The repair to the Jeep seems to be fine and the bi-weekly updates during the extremely long repair process were appreciated. I know you could not control the delay in receiving parts, but I was without my vehicle for a much longer time than originally quoted. I would greatly appreciate an update on the status of the reimbursement.
