The body shop advisor Ed was not professional in the execution of my claim. Too many unanswered questions, misleading deadlines and ambiguous commitments. It was one of the most ridiculous processes, I have ever had to deal with in all my car service experiences.
I purchased my car at BOCH, service my car at Boch and after this experience, it really is making me reconsider my customer loyalty.
Normally, I don't do these types of services, I just hope that this is not the norm for other consumers. If I ever have a claim again, it will not be done at Boch Collision.
