This was the 2nd time we had Newby do repairs to our cars and we are delightfully happy with the result.

I really appreciated being able to get my car in soon, and better yet, the parts had all been ordered so that as soon my car was there, it was being worked on. I loved the texts letting me know where and how my car was doing...from being assigned a technician, to paint bay to detail and pick-up. Also super convenient to have a shuttle driver pick up/deliver me. Kurt was great at remembering who I was and what I needed specifically. This is the second time I've used Newby Collision and both time I've been impressed and happy. Not that I want to use a collision center again (lol) but if I have to, this is where I'll go.
