Everything was great until the final communication, or lack there of, regarding the completion. I called on Tuesday to check on the status. I hadn't heard anything since Friday when i was told that it should be completed Monday. I was told by the gentleman that he personally called and left me a voicemail. Both numbers listed had received no phone calls, and only one of the options has voicemail set up, which is my mobile phone. In this day of caller id and cellphones, when are people going to stop being dishonest about this?

I received no updates during the repair process, it took 2 plus weeks for a repair job that should have taken **** week, and when I did call for a status I was given the wrong information and told my truck would b ready on Friday when it was actually not ready until the following Wednesday and I revived no explanation for the delay.

Minus the 180.00 exterior done by the Washtub. Shakes were spilled all over during collision. Still some stains and a lot of dried liquid in dash and other areas. Body and paint are excellent. I would have preferred the 180 back from deductible and have had it done elsewhere. Thank you for your quality workmanship!!!

Bad thing was my vehicle was almost on empty when they picked it up and it was at maybe barely under a half a tank and said they didn't know how that happens. The other thing was that not I have little dents on my right rear door that they have to look through pictures to make sure that they were not there before which I know that they were not and they put the wrong refrigerant in my vehicle and had to take it back because it started over heating again. Other than that the actual repair on the vehicle was good.
