Intake was fantastic. Repair process was great. The car looked wonderful after it was repaired. The only problem I encountered was being called an hour before close and having to scramble to try to Pick the car up and return the rental to avoid additional charges. I actually called that morning to try to find out the status and could not get a call back or a status update. Waiting until the last minute to let me know it was ready for pick up and me having to drop everything and rearranged to accommodate the shop and insurance company was not OK

The paint on our vehicle is not an exact match and was not faded in. Also clearcoat was scuffed probably when rear bumper cover was removed or installed. We are in contact with Geico as well because cheap aftermarket parts were used trim lines don’t lineup cheap plastic trim pieces were used in place of the factory metal pieces. The bumper cover is flimsy and clips pop out easily when it is barely pushed on. This is not the fit, finish or function that our vehicle arrived with and we are not satisfied!
