We relied on the communication with the computer texts. The text said our car was ready and it wasn’t. The updates that we were receiving were just computer generated and not at all what was happening with our car. Arriving to pick up our car and learning it was not complete made issues for us. We had told our insurance company we did not want a rental car. We also felt it was not our insurance company’s responsibility to pay for the rental. The bid was more expensive than the first quote and took twice as long. The man that was helping us did get in touch with his general manager. We did get a rental with no cost to us or our insurance but only after the gm keep telling us the text didn’t say what it said. The man helping us did explain to the gm we were reading the text correctly. All of this to say your texting program needs HELP! However we now have our car and are very pleased with the work! It is appropriate to use the old saying, all’s well that ends well but this is why we couldn’t say we were completely satisfied.
