Everything was perfect the only thing that I would've change was On the rental car side. The car exterior was dirty due to the fact that they do not have car wash facilities on site. So the car was just hosed down, but dirty. Other than that the service was great.

The vehicle looks good, only one headlight was replaced, front of vehicle looks new with one old headlight. Had I knew that, I would have inquire about pricing for a new headlight to complete or match the new look. Overall great job.

There were too many delays and excuses to replace a simple bumper by "experts". I expected so much more from this company least to say im highly disappointed. I had to call many times only to be told they had no interest in compensating for my troubles. Only to be told i should have purchased rental coverage. I disagree bad service is bad service whether i have rental coverage or not. Finally after exhaustive complaining I was given a "quit your complaining" discount on my deductible. I expected soo much more from a reputable company. I will never come here again and i will tell our friends and family never to do business here. Truly disheartening.

When I pickup car we only looked at repaired side however there is a significant amount of paint missing on trunk area. It looks like maybe where tape was but not sure. However, I called and Mrs Hardy looked into it and assured me it would be fixed. Now I am just waiting to schedule a date to come back in.
