Perfect repair as well as professional and friendly service. Repair status was made available via courteous staff and email-provided update link. This was my second time having repair work done (due to accident misfortunes caused by other parties). I’m pleased with both shop experiences.

I already talked with someone about my dissatisfaction. There was some additional damage done to our business truck while it was being repaired at CVCC, not our fault but we had to pay the price with a loss to our business. I was told nothing could be done about this, very disappointing.
