Carelessness in handling my car while in their care resulted in getting a significant scratch on a completely different area and requiring more body work to repair it, more time in the shop, another scheduling concern for me, and low and behold I couldn’t believe it but another issue was found when I came back to get it. Somehow in fixing the door they damaged the handle. So now I’m waiting for the part to come in, get painted and find time in my schedule to make another trip to the shop so they can replace it. Everyone has been pleasant and willing to make me happy but I have little faith in the workmanship and quality control for the actual repairs being made at this shop.
