We had to bring the car back twice. Missing parts and some systems and driving lights did not work.
Need to improve your quality control/completion inspections.
Too many surveys as well. Two of them were sent before we picked up the car. This survey was the third one sent to us.

This process took VERY long. I understand that much of it was because as they got in to the job, they found more and more wrong. However, one delay was because the wrong part was ordered, and I had to wait for that to be corrected. This part was one of the original parts ordered, and had been on hand for quite some time. The ongoing delays were very frustrating. That being said the work done was good, and I am pleased in that regard. However, the parts were not OEM, and as such one of the wheel wells has a subpar look. I called Zack regarding it, and sent pictures. He was going to get with the insurance company to hopefully get it replaced with an appropriate looking/fitting part. I have yet to hear back from him.
