My car was dropped off on 2/27 and did not get it back until 3/21.
I had to call and speak with you all about status was told they would be back in touch no one returned my call. My rental expired on 3/10 and i how to get ugly about having the car covered.
I also did not feel I should had to pay my $300 deductible do to all the of the above. The stated only Dave could make this call and had left but refused to reach out to him and get approval. I would have been okay with covering some of it but felt like I should have been given a discount after all the hassles.
