Luis and Marissa were wonderful to work with. They treated me with kindness and seemed to genuinely care about my situation (I was in a car accident). Luis was very clear and communicative- I felt like I could contact him with any questions or concerns. When the repair had been completed, he walked me through everything they had done, and very patiently answered all of my questions. Initially, I was completely satisfied. You guys handled everything in a timely professional manner and even coordinated everything with our insurance. However, we've had our car back for a couple weeks now, and I've noticed that the front bumper is starting to pop out in some places. It's not huge right now, but I don't want it to turn into anything bigger down the road.
