The communication was fantastic. The calls and texts were a great way to be in touch with unexpected changes in estimates and delivery schedule. Very important to keep the client in the know to prevent misunderstandings.

I am normally skeptical about going to a collision center versus a Nissan dealership mechanic. However, I am honestly satisfied with my experience. I did not find the stereotype of an obese or dirty mechanic in a jumpsuit. I found clean, professionally dressed, and field subject matter experts from the staff. I was informed of all the steps necessary, all of my options, and even kept me informed on progress, which beats any obese jumpsuit stranger mechanic business. The facility is very well kept too. I loved that. The grimey smell of car grease doesn’t sit well with me and this place thankfully did not have any negative odor. Thank you for the experience!
