I was impressed with M3 from the time I showed up to drop off my truck, to all of the great communication during the repair, and to the final pick-up. The work done on my truck and the customer service were equally great. I would highly recommend M3.

I met with Mark from Geico. In speaking with him , I had other body work to be done. He brought Keith out. I clearly communicated to mark and Keith what I wanted and was quoted a price for that. When my friend picked up my car, that is not what was delivered or what I thought I paid for. I requested for BOTH review mirrors painted as well as the passenger bumper. I was quoted a price of 700.00 for that. What I received was one mirror painted and one buffed. Keith says he delivered what I asked for. I can assure you I wouldn't know to ask for buff versus painted so I am feeling that I over paid. I received
Texts stating I would get an estimate that never happened.

I was sent a text message explaining that my pick up time was 5pm on 11/3, and then one explaining that my car repairs were almost finished and if there were any delays I would receive a text message. I showed up at 5pm on 11/3 and was told there was a delay and my car would be finished the following day. In the interest of honestly, I was allowed to drop my deductable off on 11/3 when I arrived for my intended original pick up, which was a concern of mine.
