Customer service and the human interaction were subpar at the very least. The work seems to be ok, even though I am not totally sure what was done to my truck. At this point I don't think I would use Pedersen for car repairs again, or recommend to anyone I know. I think the fixes on my truck look fine from what I can see, but dealing with the people side of things makes the entire operation seem shady.

They estimated 2-3 hours. I dropped my car off at 9 am and by **** pm I hadent heard anything. I called and they had to check to see if it was done and called me back. They called and said it was done and then connected me to shuttle service. They said they didn't have a shuttle available but would have one call to let me know how long. I waited an hour then called back. I was finally picked up at about 2:20 pm. Things took much longer than estimated. I had an appointment at 3 pm and got there just in time. I was disappointed with the amount of time this took as I was not quoted this length of time. I appreciate people respecting my time as I am sure to be on time for my appointments.
