Very good at keeping me updated. I said initially that I had to drive the car to know. It looked good, but hadn't driven it. Everything is good. I will say the only issue I had was the back seat was full of everything in the trunk when I received the car. I had to put everything into the trunk from the back seat & the back seat wasn't cleaned as a result. Minor at best. Job was well done. Thank You !

My bumper assembly was put on crooked and hangs two Inches lower on one side, and the screws were so loose that I could hear them rattling as o drove down the street. They had my car for almost three days and this is the end result. Plus when I went to pick up my vehicle my floor mats had grease stains all over them and the inside was a mess where they had gotten in and out of. When I went to pick up my vehicle I had to point out that my front tires had huge screws in then that weren't there before....so I was late to work that day because I had to wait for them to find me yet another rental car. Previous experience a year ago was great, this time horrible.

The bumper cover does not line up with the fenders the way it did before. And the seal around the hood is not the same on the new fender. I was told there is nothing that can be done about this.
