I was not given an original wheel cover is hub cap was given I it’s place as a result the hub cap came off while I was driving please order an original wheel cover from Honda.

My only complaint is the lack of communication. I received a text advising my car would be ready by 4pm unless there was a hold up, I never heard anything back and my car still wasn’t ready when I got there to pick it up. I was never notified of it taking longer than the time originally told to me. So I wasted time arriving to get my car and then being told to come back the next day. Aside from that hiccup the service and the people working there are amazing. I couldn’t take off more time from work and the front desk girl waited after hours for me to come get my car. Very sweet people.

Your computer texts were incorrect on the labor day holiday. (It told us to pick up our car yet you were closed) however all communication with your actual team went well. They all did a great job & if I ever decide to make a change I would consider moving over to Geico. Repairs looked wonderful at a glance but, there are a few things they over looked on the paint job. Also parts that should have been put back on the car didn't and ended up in my back seat. I will be returning to have the small things fixed. Overall I feel I'll be satisfied but,right now I am a little disappointed.
