My estimate indicated the repairs will take two days. My car was in the shop over a week. Apparently the wrong parts were shipped – at least that’s the explanation I was told. But I had to call and ask when my car was going to be ready. No one from the shop communicated with me. Also, repairs were made without my input. The driver side window was replaced with a far inferior window, not a Honda window. This will greatly decrease the resale value of my car. I am NOT happy. I should have been asked if I wanted the cheaper window or a true Honda window. Now I have a glare on my side mirror due to the cheap window. It’s HORRIBLE.
