My car is doing a shaking that it's never done before and one of my windows has seemed to be knocked off of it's track cause it slides down by itself now.

TOUCH UP TO DOORS WAS INCOMPLETE DUE TO THE FACT THE SERVICE MANAGER FORGOT. HE PROVIDED ME WITH TOUCH UP PAINT FOR ME TO DO THE TOUCH UP ON A WARM DAY IN JANUARY. HE AGREED THAT I COULD BRING IT BACK FOR THEM TO DO IT, SOMETIME WITHOUT CHARGE. THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS DISREPECTFUL, REMAINED SITTED AT HIS DESK, AND NEVER CAME OVER TO APPOLGIZE FOR HIS POOR PREFORMANCE.

Four different completion dates...at pick-up found that damaged tire not replaced though damaged wheel had been replaced, trim on fender not completely installed with paint over-spray. I later found a small dent in rt. front door, and hood, not there before repairs started, and unpainted areas behind the w/s washer reservoir where repairs were made. One week after pick-up I called about the tire and was told it had not been ordered yet, but would be that day. The over spray was removed and the fender trim installed at pick-up.

It took a long time for the repairs to take place, but that was because the damage was extensive. I'd have appreciated a "walk-around" with the manager or somebody at the bodyshop after the repairs were done, so that the work accomplished could have been described to me in detail and so that we could have established that the car was repaired to my satisfaction before I drove off the lot.

I have heard that other body shops give a small bottle of paint to the car owner for future scratched, dings, etc. I think that is an excellent idea.
