Besides doing very high quality repairs, the team at Mt Pleasant Collision are all very customer service focused. They always make a point of keeping you informed on the status of repairs and when the job will be complete.

My wife and I are going through a divorce. When the gentleman from Mount Pleassnt Collision called to ask if the rear of the vehicle was to be repaired, I informed him no, and that because I'm going through a separation and as the only person paying for insurance, my spouse was not authorized to do anything other than pick up the vehicle.
When she went to pick it up, she said he told her I was a "**** on the phone". My preference would be that he keeps his comments to himself. I made a simple request that were really protecting my financial interests during an emotionally draining time. I don't think it was a wromg request or feel my tone was harsh when I spoke on the phone with the gentleman.

Order parts when the car first comes in and don't tell people that the windshield is being put in that afternoon and then I get told the same thing a week later. Had the parts been ordered when the car first came in I'm sure you wouldn't have had it for 37 days. The text thing is nice if it were at all accurate...it's misleading, and ill timed (get a text long after closing to tell me my car is yet again not ready). I would've done better if you guys told me you're just that slammed, busy I get, being lied to not at all acceptable. Just try being honest and communicate accurately with your customers.

I worked with Kevin. He kept me informed on the status and contacted me with questions regarding the repair. However, I thought it took longer than I expected. Dropped off 12/22 and picked up 01/06/16. The work is excellent and the damaged areas look like new. I found the desk staff to be right on top of it.
