She provides clear honest communication which is great when we’re talking about repairs that can cost thousands of dollars. As a side the detail was such a nice (unexpected!) touch - I think it is cleaner than when I bought from the dealer.

The repair experience is very good, I got my car as it is brand new, I love that, thank you very much.
Only one small thing in my mind is I gave a car with nearly full tank of gas, but get it at ****/4 tank, I suppose you will test the fix, but will it take 200-300 miles drive?
Guess someone use it for other purpose than just the repair job. It is still fine, just let you know this.
