The manager Tom was great from start to finish. He did the estimate and ordered the parts right away promise me he'd have my car done in one day and it was about 6 hours and even brought it to me at my work. I want to thank him very much along with Maria at the front desk and the guys that painted it and replaced the parts that were damaged and the young man who detailed the inside my car which was very unexpected. Although the work done on my vehicle was exceptional, two critical issues remained that were part of the repair process and supposed to be completed through verbal agreement. One issue that remained was a non functional headlight (low beam) as result of a wiring issue. The second issue that remained were non functioning license plate lights. As result of this delay, I have been without a car for a total of 9+ days.
