Unfortunately I have been to Herbs three times this year which is three more times than I had planned; HOWEVER, if you find yourself in need of repairs from an accident they are the only place I would recommend. The work is done to perfection and their staff is so helpful and kind.

Issue was not resolved. Issue was to be taken care of per agreement with insurance conversation. Herbs replaced parts not in diagnosis and only replaced what adjusters agreed too. Bait and switch by insurance. And Herbs blindly following their direction with NO communication or notification of cost to repair. Only agreed to repairs because of GUARANTEE....NO SUCH LUCK **** DAY JOB GOING ON 2 WEEKS!
