They did everything they said they would and it looks great. I’m still amazed how much the little plastic parts are to replace.

I did feel very comfortable with the oral and e-mail communication...thanks. I did get a kick out of the e-mail completion time being so precisely estimated, i.e., 4:54pm. I was not disappointed when 4:54 passed, as I had been called earlier in the day and told that the e-mail time would not be met. Snow has kept me from going over 35mph, but it looks good and, I am assuming, it is just fine on the highway. Thanks, Dean
