There are two scratches on the paint, top side left front quarter panel that I do not believe were there prior to my recent visit. Of course there is no way that I can know with certainty that they were created in the shop. I wonder what procedures you do in the shop in insure that this does not occur?
I was mildly disappointed with the time-to-complete estimate: "about a week" vs 11 days. Not a big deal but you asked about "complete" satisfaction.
The work that was done seems to be quite satisfactory.

The only thing I had an issue with is that my door lock still won't work after the door was repaired. The problem happened after I got hit and was never fixed. You guys just fixed the body damage and not the internals.
