I was not kept up to date on the status, until I would call. After getting my vehicle back on Friday, October 25th, the key fob did not work, my back windshield washer does not work and a light is coming on showing I have a low tire, but we checked them and do not. they told me to take it to the Fordhouse where I purchased my vehicle. I was out there almost 2 hours on Friday and they couldn't find the source of the problem, so its back out there for at least one full day on Monday, oct 28th. I am VERY DISPLEASED!!!
