In the last six weeks, I've needed Herb's services twice for relative minor damages. Both times I was impressed with all the people I dealt with from the woman at the desk that I checked in with, to the person who brought my car around when I came to pick up. Both of the gentlemen who were assigned my car (one the State Farm rep and the other the Farmer's rep)were great. My most recent experience was with Bill (Farmer's re)and he was excellent.

The process was very easy to work. Having the vehicle repaired in less than 12 hours was really amazing. The new system that was started with this vehicle making the turn around time so short will be a major change to the car repair process. You definitely should highlight this feature in your adverisements.
