When I was rear-ended, I commented that my trunk lock was not the same as before. It still functioned but was not the "free release" it had been prior to the event. When the car was returned to me, it appeared that nothing had been done despite my communication. I now intend to have it addressed at my next scheduled maintenance at my Honda dealership. Other than that, my experience with the bumper replacement/painting was excellent!
