Rental car’s air conditioner quit. Had to drive for 2 hours in 100 degree heat with no air. Response from Toyota - bummer. Waited for over a month after my estimate to bring my car in for repairs only to to find out the parts had not been ordered yet. My car also needed to go to the service department for a recall repair. Verified with the body shop that my car was also expected at the service department when I dropped off my car. My car sat for a week waiting for the parts, but the body shop did not send my car over to the service department. Had to make a separate appointment. I received no updates about my car while it was in the body shop

Done well, done quickly. HOWEVER, I also have the added protection from Allstate and I have a small dent on a rear panel. They refused to fix it because the light would have to be removed to get to it. A panel was not being removed but a light. I am very disappointed that I was talked into purchasing this coverage through Toyota at the time I purchase my Camry.
