The floor mat on the driver's side had/has two Velcro hold spots to keep the floor mat from moving forward. The left on has been damaged. My concern is (and I've already noticed it) that the floor mat will inch forward and up over the accelerator and cause the car to move forward even if my foot is on the brake. Otherwise, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the OCC staff. Is there some remedy to fix this?

Form the moment I walked in to the day I got my car back the service was excellent. I had the advantage over most and my office is next door to the shop, so was able to see that work was being done to my car the first day it was there. I filed two claims regarding damage to my car. The damage was only fixed for one claim, although we had been promised both would be fixed. My car is still damaged & I now have to go through the rigamarole of figuring out why it wasn't fixed.

In general the service was very good but there's a warning light that comes on the dashboard for an exterior light. After trial and error I've nailed it down to the front driver's side parking light (the same area that was repaired). It may just be that I need to replace the globe. I'll check this weekend but it really should have been picked up.
