Very friendly and personable people that I dealt with. I appreciate that. Genuine care and concern for my car. My car was promptly and correctly repaired as promised. Absolutely zero complaints about anything here. I will recommend Power Collision Center and use them again if and when I need their services again.

We were misled regarding the price of repair, deductibles and they did not
Repair the car by the time they said that they would complete. They postponed
The repair time twice.
Keith, the supposed to be in charge of collision Center though gruntled that he worked for 45 years was the worst person to deliver customer service. There is not one good thing I can write about him. He is the worst person I have met in my entire life. He started as an arrogant red neck and stayed like that from the beginning to the end. I found him nasty, unable to listen, and could not believe he is a member of Power Group of car dealership.
Bottom line I was robbed $500 by this organization. Would never walk in again. And I would present my experience with all of my friends.
